Breathing & Soulpainting

Breathing is something very individual. Everyone intuitively follows their own breathing rhythm. Giving this rhythm a shape can create a deep connection with ourselves. Because exactly this breathing pattern doesn’t exist a second time. It gives us an insight into our current state. Keep us looking carefully. How is my breathing right now? Fast, slow, deep, superficial. This is also what awareness means. 
But why creativity?

If we give things a shape, they become tangible for us. We can take responsibility for exactly these things and our feelings. In difficult situations, we quickly look outside for those responsibilities for these situations. By giving things a shape, we bring the Fokus back to ourselves. 

By connecting the breath with our yoga practice, we can be in the moment. We open a space, that brings us back from our heads into our feelings. We can follow our inner voice. Yoga can be also a mirror for our inner world. If we find the courage to create something from within ourselves we have the chance to grow and we can carry it into the world. And perhaps we find connections.
